Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At The Wellness Retreat, we strive to provide the best service and care to all of our clients. In order to maintain an efficient and fair booking system, we have a clear cancellation policy for both Stretch Therapy and Nutrition Consultations. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. Stretch Therapy Sessions + Other Therapeutic Modalities :
Cancellation Notice:
We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your stretch therapy session. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of an appointment.Late Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.No-Show Fee:
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, a late cancellation fee will apply.Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that life happens, and we are willing to consider emergency circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
2. Nutrition Consultations:
Cancellation Notice:
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your nutrition consultation. This allows us to offer the time to another client.Late Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the consultation fee.No-Show Fee:
If you miss your consultation without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your consultation without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. For late reschedules (less than 48 hours), a late cancellation fee will apply.Emergency Exceptions:
In the case of an emergency, we will evaluate the situation and may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
3. Special Circumstances:
Prepaid Sessions:
For clients who have prepaid for multiple sessions or packages, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the session being counted as used, and the remaining sessions will still be valid.Payment Policy:
If applicable, payments will be taken in advance for your first appointment. For cancellations, the fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
